Custom made resin 15% shrinkage (Electronites 1.5 and 2.0)

Resin and catalyst with which we manufacture our electronites, both versions 1.5 and 2.0.

This resin is custom manufactured to obtain the greatest possible contraction and activate the pizoelectric property of quartz and Rochelle Salt and achieve 100% performance.

Normally the resins are formulated so that they contract as little as possible and do not deform the mold when manufacturing the parts. However, in our application of passive reverse wave generators the requirement is exactly the opposite.
