By placing an order, the customer accepts the specific conditions of sale indicated on the www.ruanovahealth.com website and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. The placement of the order and its confirmation by the customer materialize the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, applicable only to the order. Products remain the property of Ruanova Health until full payment is received.

Price

Prices indicated on the Website may be modified without prior notice, depending on suppliers, manufacturing costs, etc. Prices are set in €, so the variation in price when consulting them in other currencies ($ or pounds) will be subject to the exchange rate variation between currencies at that time.

We ship to all countries worldwide.

Ruanova Health fully covers shipping costs, making it free for the customer on orders starting from:

• Spain and Portugal (Peninsula): from €49

Shipping cost calculation:
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process, as they vary depending on the country, selected service, zone, weight, and volume of the order. These include handling, packaging, and shipping costs.

Order grouping:
We recommend placing a single order to avoid additional shipping costs, as it is not possible to combine several orders. Shipping costs will apply individually to each one.

Delivery times:
Delivery times indicated by the shipping company are approximate and correspond to business days.

Customs:
Customs fees, if applicable (for countries outside the European Union), are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty

All products purchased from Ruanova Health come with a minimum legal warranty of 2 years, in accordance with current consumer protection regulations.
Some products may have extended warranties offered directly by the manufacturer, which can be up to 10 years, depending on the product and its components.

The duration, scope, and conditions of the warranty will be determined by the product manufacturer, and the buyer expressly accepts the specific conditions established by them.

Components with specific warranty

For certain products, some components may have a different or limited warranty due to their nature.
This is the case, among others, for batteries, power supplies, electronic components, or wear and tear items, whose warranty may be shorter than the general period, as established by the manufacturer.

For example, in products that include rechargeable batteries, the manufacturer may offer a specific 1-year warranty for the battery, without affecting the warranty of the rest of the device.
This does not condition the durability of the product, which, with proper use and correct maintenance, can function correctly for many years beyond the warranty period.

Scope of warranty

The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects of the product.

Damages or malfunctions resulting from:

• Improper, negligent use, or use other than that intended by the manufacturer.
• Incorrect installation or non-compliance with instructions.
• Failure to respect recommended operating ranges (temperature, humidity, ventilation, etc.).
• Blows, drops, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
• Normal wear and tear from product use.

are expressly excluded from the warranty.

Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with current legislation and the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, return, or exchange, provided that the conditions indicated in this policy are met.

Cancellation of orders in transit

Once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel it or request an immediate refund, even if it has not yet been delivered.
If the customer ultimately does not want the order, they must receive it and proceed with its return following the procedure established in this policy.

General conditions for returns

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

• Be in its original condition, unused and unmodified.
• Retain the original packaging in perfect condition.
• Maintain the original seal intact, if applicable.

Provided that the product has not been used and its seal remains intact, the customer may exercise their right of return within the legal period of 14 calendar days.

Returns of products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Exception to the right of return for hygiene reasons

In accordance with article 103.e of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, returns of hygiene textile products, such as sheets, pillowcases, socks, or other similar items, will not be accepted if they have been unsealed or used after delivery.

Specific Conditions – Grounding Collection

For products from the Grounding collection, and for hygiene reasons, the product must not be opened or handled before checking the correct grounding of the installation site.
The opening of the packaging or manipulation of the product may prevent the acceptance of the return.

Refunds

The refund will be for the full amount of the product, regardless of the payment method used.

• Shipping costs will not be refunded when these have been paid by the customer.
• For orders with free shipping (e.g., purchases over €49), Ruanova Health covers the cost of the first shipment, so the customer will still receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Return procedure

To request a return, the customer must contact us via email info@ruanovahealth.com, indicating:

• Full name, country, and order number.
• Product or products you wish to return.
• Reason for return.

The cost of return shipping to our facilities will be borne by the customer.

Returns for defective products

In case of receiving a defective product, Ruanova Health will cover the return shipping costs.
A specialized technician will evaluate the product before proceeding with the refund or replacement, as appropriate.

Exchange Policy:
If you wish to make an exchange instead of a return, you must follow the same steps. The shipping costs for the initial return will be borne by the customer. However, the second shipment with the replacement product will be completely free and covered by Ruanova Health.

Important:

• If the product has been modified, does not have its original packaging, or is not in optimal condition, neither returns nor exchanges will be accepted.
• Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
