We ship to all countries in the world.

Ruanova Health is fully responsible for shipping, which is free for the customer , for orders from:

  • Spain and Portugal (Peninsula): from €49
  • Balearic Islands: from €59
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: from €89
  • Rest of the European Union: from €99
  • Rest of the World: from €349

Shipping cost calculation:

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process, as they vary by country, service selected, region, weight, and volume of the order. These include handling, packaging, and shipping costs.

Order grouping:

We recommend placing a single order to avoid additional shipping costs, as multiple orders cannot be combined. Shipping costs will be applied individually to each order.

Delivery times:

Delivery times indicated by the shipping company are approximate and correspond to business days.

Customs:

Customs charges, if applicable (for countries outside the European Union), are the customer's responsibility.

Commitment to the environment:

We use recycled packaging in over 95% of our shipments. We also actively collaborate with environmental projects, allocating a percentage of our profits to improving the planet and promoting ecological awareness.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

In compliance with current legislation and the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right to return or exchange it.

The refund will be for the full amount of the product , regardless of the payment method used. Shipping costs will not be refunded if they were paid by the customer.
For orders with free shipping (for example, purchases over €49), Ruanova Health assumes the cost of that first shipment, so the customer also receives a full refund of the amount paid .

Cancellation of orders in transit

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or an immediate refund requested, even if it has not yet been delivered. If the customer ultimately no longer desires the order, they must receive it and return it following the process established in this policy.

Conditions for return:

To process a return, the product must be in its original condition , unused or altered, and the packaging must be intact . Returns of products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
The cost of shipping for the return of the product to our facilities will be borne by the customer .

Return procedure:

To request a refund, please contact us at info@ruanovahealth.com, indicating:

  • Full name, country and order number.
  • Product or products you wish to return.
  • Reason for return.

Returns for defective products:

If you receive a defective product, Ruanova Health will cover the return shipping costs. A specialized technician will assess the product defect before issuing a refund.

Exchange policy:

If you wish to exchange an item instead of a return, you must follow the same steps. The initial return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. However, the second shipment with the replacement product will be completely free and will be covered by Ruanova Health.

Important:

  • If the product has been modified, is missing its original packaging, or is not in optimal condition, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
  • Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
