Shipping is available to all countries in the world. The amount of shipping costs will be calculated and displayed when checking out, as it varies depending on the country, contracted service, area, weight and volume of the order.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. We advise that you group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each order individually.

Delivery times by the transport company are indicative, and correspond to business days.

For orders out of stock, the shipping time will be the one indicated on the product when the purchase is made. In the event of a delay in deadlines, the client will be notified as soon as possible.

The expenses generated by the customs of each country (for countries outside the European Union) will be the responsibility of the client.

We are not responsible for any damage that your package may suffer after shipping, so we recommend verifying the order once received, in the presence of the delivery person, and if something is damaged, make the corresponding report to be able to claim the damage to the transport company and/or its insurance.

In order to care for and preserve the protection of the planet, Ruanova Performance uses recycled packaging in more than 95% of its orders. In addition, Ruanova Health actively collaborates with a percentage of its profits with projects to improve the planet.

Returns


In compliance with current legislation, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, you will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order, to exercise your right to return it. The full price of the product will be paid, regardless of the payment method. Shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.

No returns are accepted if the product has undergone any modification or if the original packaging is not available, or if any is not in perfect condition.

To make a return it will be necessary to notify it via email (info@ruanovahealth.com), completing the following information:

- Name and email from which the order was placed.

- Order number and date.

- Products purchased and price.

- Reason for return.

In the event that the product is defective, Ruanova Health will be responsible for all costs, including shipping.

The items will only be paid for after the technicians assess that they are defective.
