Free shipping to all areas of the planet:
- Spain and Portugal from € 49 (Peninsula). (Balearics: €59, Canary Islands: €89)
- Rest of European countries from € 99

Shipping is available to all countries in the world. The amount of shipping costs will be calculated and displayed when checking out, as it varies depending on the country, contracted service, area, weight and volume of the order.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. We advise that you group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each order individually.
Delivery times by the transport company are indicative, and correspond to business days.
The expenses generated by the customs of each country (for countries outside the European Union) will be the responsibility of the client.
In order to care for and preserve the protection of the environment, Ruanova Health uses recycled packaging in more than 95% of its orders. In addition, Ruanova Health actively collaborates with a percentage of its profits with projects to improve the planet and raise awareness.
Returns
In compliance with current legislation, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, you will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order, to exercise your right to return it. The full price of the product will be paid, regardless of the payment method. Shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
No returns are accepted if the product has undergone any modification or if the original packaging is not available, or if any is not in perfect condition.
To make a return it will be necessary to notify it via email (ruanovahealth@outlook.com), completing the following information:
- Name, country and order number.
- Products purchased and price.
- Reason for return.
In the event that the product is defective, Ruanova Health will be responsible for all costs, including shipping.
The items will only be paid for after a technician assesses that they are defective.
