We ship to all countries in the world.

Ruanova Health takes full responsibility for shipping, which is free for the customer , for orders from:

  • Spain and Portugal (Peninsula): from €49
  • Balearic Islands: from €59
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: from €89
  • Rest of Europe: from €99
  • Rest of the World: from €349

Shipping cost calculation:
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout as they vary by country, service selected, area, weight and volume of the order. These include handling, packaging and shipping costs.

Order grouping:
We recommend placing a single order to avoid additional shipping costs, as it is not possible to combine multiple orders. Shipping costs will be applied individually to each order.

Delivery times:
Delivery times indicated by the transport company are approximate and correspond to business days.

Customs:
Customs charges, if applicable (for countries outside the European Union), are the responsibility of the customer.

Commitment to the environment:
In over 95% of our shipments we use recycled packaging. In addition, we actively collaborate with environmental projects, allocating a percentage of our profits to improve the planet and promote ecological awareness.

 

Returns and Exchanges Policy

In compliance with current legislation and the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right to return or exchange. The refund will be for the full price of the product, regardless of the payment method used, but shipping costs will not be reimbursed. The cost of shipping to return the product to our facilities will be borne by the customer.

Return conditions: In order to process a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused and unmodified, and must have its packaging intact. Returns of products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

If you wish to make a return, please contact us at info@ruanovahealth.com , providing the following information:

  • Full name, country and order number.
  • Product or products you wish to return.
  • Reason for return.

Returns for defective products: In the event that the product received is defective, Ruanova Health will cover the return costs. A specialized technician will assess the product defect before proceeding with the refund.

Exchange Policy: If you need to make an exchange instead of a return, you will need to follow the same steps as for the return. The shipping costs for the return of the initial product will be the responsibility of the customer. However, the second shipment with the replacement product will be completely free and will be covered by Ruanova Health .

Important:

  • If the product has been modified, does not have its original packaging or is not in optimal condition, the return or exchange will not be accepted.
  • The return or exchange must be made within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

We have multiple payment options to suit your needs and ensure a safe and comfortable shopping experience. In addition, we offer the Cash on Delivery method for customers in Spain and Portugal, allowing you to pay in cash upon delivery.
